pilot needs his wing" . This is the philosophy with which
GRIF develops its design.
The CRX
was born in 2001 as advanced prototype, after the initial testings has
been submitted to a pilot of the caliber of Marco Cianfanelli, Italian
champion, with the CRX Marco has conquered the Italian championship
2001 developed him to Valdera.
In the following periods, the experiences accumulated with the prototype,
have partially been transferred to the production, from this wing they
derive the evolution of the CRS appeared on the market from the January
2002 and fruit of various tests in flight effected by the Italian magazines
of the sector.
Continuing in those that were our projects, the hauls has continued his
evolutions, in the summer of 2003 has been from me employed for testing
in flight one version of the motor Smart
realized by Leonardo Scardi , today the CRX-feline ones
is ready to be introduced in production, the it slightly hauls different
from the initial prototype, it has suffered updatings both to level of
profiles and to level of loom.
The performances are thrilling and, faithful to our principles we hold
proper for advanced pilots with an excellent it persuades technique, they
will be able to appreciate all the performances that the CRX
can offer.
From effected tests using the hauls with various models of trike, they
have emerged some affinities thrilling with some models, while with others
we have not remained as many satisfied. We have always sustained that
a good deltamotore results from a balanced match between wing and trike,
for the CRX - Feline, seen the elevated performances,
this principle is worth in absolute.

The aspects that countersign the CRX from the rest of
our production, are verifiable both on the cut of the sail, and on the
new double surface, to which the 7 battens of lower sail for wing guarantee
an optimal profile both to tall that to low speeds. The total surface
is of 12.4 mqs but the completely different cut of the edge of exit in
comparison to the CRS, they make the completely different CRX
in all the phases of flight, elevated efficiency and elevated middle (broadly
personalizzabile through our exclusive system of hookup wing_trike) speed
united to an enviable least speed of manoeuvre, they make it only.
The frame derives in its structure from that of the CRS, it has shorter
keel and endowed with series of all the reinforcements that is climbed
on on the versions increased of our wings. It is made with tubes of AVIONAL
2017, the sail's battens of ERGAL 7075 , all
the plates and the mechanical parts are made of AVIONAL 2024 ,
ALLUMINIUM 3571 and STAINLESS STEEL , according to their use.
All
the pieces were designed for mechanical work, but even providing for aesthetical
shape, the pieces of the driving triangle are an example , which join
and have the same tube's wing contour.
